About the event
In this special first collaboration, we'll be taking the body through a journey vistiting joy, tension release and mindfulness. Brought to you by Azula Bandit and Juliette Lance aka @stretch_and_Release.
Kicking off at 12pm with @Stretch_and_Release!
- Stetch flow to activate all muscle groups.
- Deep hip flexor (we gunna need it) and lower half stretches
- Practicing Diaphragmatic breathing
- Restorative poses and cool down
