Yes, it's been while.....  a long while, but Azula is calling you Back T'werk in the name of love... for shaking Nyash! (A$$)

This Twerkshop is open to all levels. 

Being it the first Twerkshop in two years this Twerkshop is all about regrouping, shaking freeely and letting loose.

PLEASE NOTE It's not a Twerknique tutorial-based class, although you'll be challenged with combos and exercises to help you improve your Twerknique.

- We'll start off with a Twerknique-based warm-up.. that's gonna hurt - but trust me, you'll appreciate it in the long run. 

- Then, we're gonna hit you (...not literally) with some 2-3 piece booty combos that we'll then put to the test with some dance choreography.

- This is all in the name of Love, getting it right is not essential but there will be plenty of time to ask questions as we go.

You will need - 

• Trainers
• Comfortable and flexible clothing. If you wear something that restricts your movement you're gunna have a harder time. 
• Water 
• Your A$$ and energy

WARNING - This class may be strenuous to those who have issues with, kneees, back and hips. Although we'd never tell you not to come we ask you please take care of your body, know your limitations and make your tutor aware if any injuries you may have.
